For security reasons (the villa is built on a cliff and has 4 levels) minors who stay must be over 12 years old, swimming well.

Any minor who enters the villa, does so under the absolute responsibility of the parents, guardians or companions.

 

To reserve the villa or room we request 50% of the total of the stay, the remaining amount must be paid one day before the entrance.

 

In case of cancellation, there are no refunds; in the middle and low season, the amount deposited may be used in a next stay, without any penalty.

 

Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

In the pool area, please only use plastic cups and glasses.
